Current situation
There are many resources out there that you can use to improve these situations, but you are finding it difficult to access them!
The average working person is finding it extremely difficult to access and use the available resources out there that will enable them to enjoy and make the most of their working lives. Why? These resources have not been designed for the average person to use to solve the issues that they are facing in the workplace in a practical, simple and inexpensive way.
How it could be:The Solution
Work Empowerment Foundation will support our members to improve their access
to the resources already out there by:

Collaborating with existing providers to ensure that individuals who want to make a difference to their working lives are able to use the available resources to improve the fun, freedom and fulfilment levels that they experience at work
•
Ensuring that our members are able to directly and effectively integrate best practices into their work lives to solve their immediate, short term and long term work challenges

are we different?

We are a non profit making social enterprise founded to make a difference to as many people as possible

We collaborate and work jointly with all other relevant providers on the market to serve our members who want to improve their fun, freedom and fulfilment levels at work – we are not interested in competing, we have been founded to provide a gateway to the resources already out there

We help our members to directly meet the work challenges and problems (e.g. handling difficult managers) they experience from when they start working to when they retire

We talk directly with our members to identify their key work issues & challenges through ongoing intensive research

We are not interested in creating proprietary material – we use the best of what is out there to help our members enjoy more fun, freedom and fulfillment at work

Our key skill is our ability to transform the best of what is out there into accessible, simple, and jargon free material that is immediately usable for our members to solve their work issues

We empower our members to meet their work challenges through the innovative and holistic range of services that are extremely affordable and accessible

We actively facilitate learning of our members through their own personal experiences and through sharing experiences with others
