that you can use to improve these situations, but you are finding it difficult to access them!

The average working person is finding it extremely difficult
to access and use the available resources out there
that will enable them to enjoy and make the most of their working lives.

Why?

These resources have not been designed for the average person to use to solve the issues that they are facing in the workplace in a practical, simple and inexpensive way.

The Work Empowerment Foundation supports
our members to improve their access
to the resources already out there by:

• Collaborating with existing providers to ensure that individuals who want to make a difference to their working lives are able to use the available resources to improve the fun, freedom and fulfilment levels that they experience at work
  
• Ensuring that our members are able to directly and effectively integrate best practices into their work lives to solve their immediate, short term and long term work challenges
• Facilitating our members to utilise their greatest resource… themselves
• Facilitating our members to work together in communities to work together to generate innovative and creative work solutions from the general work resources available to meet the specific community work empowerment needs
