  Our Philosophy  
  It's simple – our members tell us what their empowerment needs are
and we help them to meet them!

Solutions orientation: We concentrate on generating solutions rather than discussing problems

Bottom-up approach: We believe that our members are
the best judge of what their work empowerment needs are. We facilitate our members working together in communities
to tell us their needs.

Learning from each other: We facilitate our members to communicate and learn from each other. We believe that learning from each other is a huge untapped potential for providing our members with workable solutions.

Practical solutions: We concentrate on providing resources that are practical to implement rather than theoretical concepts and ideas.

Passionate contributors: Our contributors are passionate about bringing empowerment to all working people.

Dynamic resources: We do not believe in creating static resources. We facilitate an interactive community of our members and contributors, generating new resources as the community gains a deeper understanding of its needs.

Interesting resources: We believe in providing a variety of resources… interviews… best practice… members' success stories... relevant news articles… and more.

Research: We work with our members to develop innovative research addressing all the key issues in work empowerment.

We are a non-profit making social enterprise founded to make a difference to as
many people as possible

We collaborate and work jointly with all other relevant providers on the market
to serve our members who want to improve their fun, freedom and fulfilment levels
at work – we are not interested in competing, we have been founded to provide a gateway to the resources already out there

We help our members to directly meet the work challenges and problems
(e.g. handling difficult managers) they experience from when they start working to
when they retire

We talk directly with our members to identify their key work issues and challenges through ongoing intensive research

We are not interested in creating proprietary material – we use the best of what is
out there to help our members enjoy more fun, freedom and fulfillment at work

Our key skill is our ability to transform the best of what is out there into accessible, simple, and jargon free material that is immediately usable for our members to solve their work issues

We empower our members to meet their work challenges through the innovative
and holistic range of services
that are extremely affordable and accessible
